I have cancelled my order . Still the amount is not refunded. And they say it was initiated. Fraud company. After my experience I will never trust Myntra. It is not only about money but they also wasted my time. Very poor service.

Pathetic Customer Service ever experienced. My case has been pending since 15 days with no resolution received and false information received from the Supervisor. The manager (Ms. Tripti) calls and disconnects the call in between without completing the call. I need an intervention from someone senior on this please.

Worst experience, I don't know what your executive are doing, without solving the problem it's mentioned that Resolved issue. Unable to visit Myntra inside also not able to collect the super coin after purchasing. Very bad 😡

Hi am Shefin, i ordered a product from MYNTRA last month (ORDER ID- 1183084-8831706-2956101) and that order got place successfully. After that there where no information regarding my order.After somedays i got a text message and an e-mail about the return of my order (RETURN ID #RT 45452052).And on a fine day after this you cancelled my order without informing me (29th sept 2021). ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I never cancelled my product. If you have technical issues with your servers or what ever the thing is, you have to rectify it, not by cancelling a customer's order. Who given you the permission to cancel the order? I ordered this product by wasteing my money,my time etc. I ordered it i never cancelled it, i never returned it.How it is even possible without knowing me. I DON'T WANT ANY REFUND, I WANT THAT PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED. IF YOU CANT DO THIS I WILL MOVE LEGALLY THROUGH COMSUMER COURT OR WILL INFORM THE CONCENT AUTHORITY FOR THIS. Plz myntra don't give your contract to q connect to chose people for interview they just wast our time making us sit from morning till evening with no response kindly take interview at your campus q connect never respect people's time I request myntra to take a action on it ... I love Myntra product' s only problem with q connect

Very bad experience if you want to return a product which was damaged during delivery . From last 4 months , they are not able to resolve the issue . Not able to contact the customer care. They do not read the mails .
